THE GRAPHICS CABINET

The Graphics Cabinet collects, preserves, and studies examples of the graphic arts and presents this material and information about it to the public. The material and themes related to it are presented at exhibitions, in publications, and with lectures. Advice is also provided to related institutions, expert opinions are given, and exponents are documented and recorded, along with conservation and protection. New material is constantly acquired, in this manner expanding the museum holdings. The department staff also take part in foreign projects based on the material and data about it.
