ARHEOZABAVA (ARCHAEOFUN)

Arheozabava is the well-known didactic program of the National Museum of Slovenia. Both the material and the activities are primarily intended to explain the exhibitions to the youngest visitors.

Workshops for children up to 14 years old. For individual young visitors each first Saturday of the month from 10 AM to 1 PM. Also available for groups from pre-schools and the first few years of elementary school (with advance notice).

Let's begin a new ARHEOZABAVA season!
From cardboard we will make a prehistoric ritual vessel in the shape of a pail, called a situla. The situla from Vače near Litija is one of the greatest treasures of Slovenian archaeology and for decades has been the symbol of the National Museum of Slovenia.
